What’s better than some springy daffodils on a sunny April day! Our paper art was made using an idea from http://www.busybeekidscrafts.com/Paper-Daffodils.html.
It’s Earth Day and Good Friday so if you are blessed enough to have good weather, GO OUTSIDE! Our weather stinks here today so we opted to talk about the ocean and watch some Finding Nemo. This afternoon we have plans to make a construction paper collage/painting of a clownfish in an anemone!
The anemone and fish were cut out of paper and then we used our fingers to paint the stripes and bubbles!
Check out our version of this handprint craft found at http://crafts.kaboose.com/easter-chick-card.html.
Try out this simple easter bunny ears craft from http://crafts.kaboose.com/bunnyears.html. We put our ears on the front of the band to keep it from looking to much like a bunny wearing a sweat band. Additionally, we used pink construction paper mounted on regular white printer paper which gave the ears a little flop!
