Pearly Clam

Materials

-pink and white construction paper

-brown crayon

-scissors

-glue stick

Directions

1. Fold white construction paper and half and cut of a clam shape.  Be sure to leave an inch or two of the paper attached at one side.

2. Fold pink construction paper in half, lay folded white clam along the forded edge of the pink paper and trace the shell shape.  Cut out the pink paper cutting about 1/4 inch inside of the traced shape (the pink clam shape should be smaller.  Glue the pink piece inside the white piece lining up the folds.

3. Cut out a small white circle and glue inside the clam.

4. Use a brown crayon to add some details to the outside of your clam shell!
