Recycled Rainbow Crayons

Standard

We took a break from our bird watching today to have some Saint Patty’s Day fun!  I decided to make rainbow and green recycled crayons and found some decent directions at http://familycrafts.about.com/cs/craftsupplies/ht/RecycledCrayon.htm.

Notes:  One suggestion for this project is to spray the pan and put the crayons pieces in without the foil.  My crayons came out all bumpy because of the foil pressed in the molds.  Also to make your crayons thicker be sure to fill each mold to the top with crayons.
